Cattery Homing Appeal
![]()
We currently have over 50 adult cats all desperately seeking homes. Here are just a few...
CAT OF THE WEEK..............JET !!

THIS HANDSOME BOY IS JET, ONE OF OUR VERY SPECIAL RESIDENTS LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME. He is about 6 years old. When he arrived he had a horrific head injury and underwent an emergency skin graft. The loose skin on his neck scruff was pulled up over his head to cover the wound. This operation has left him with a curious expression completely at odds with his personality! He is loving, affectionate, will follow you round all day, and very much needs to be in a home environment. He is always overlooked and Heather at the cattery will be happy to introduce Jet to his prospective new mum or dad.
BOBBY was found wandering in a confused state and it was clear he had suffered a slight head injury. He may have been clipped by a car....now fully recovered he needs a home to continue building his confidence.
Could you offer a loving home to 2 British Shorthaired beauties.....this half brother and sister are both fully vaccinated and neutered. To find out more please call the sanctuary.......they are not here with us, but we can direct you to the owner who needs to rehome them due to ill health. They are Bailey, a male (British Cream) and Berry, a female (British Blue).
Berry
(left) is female and Bailey (right) is a male.
THEY MUST BE HOMED TOGETHER
IVORY is a young white female looking for cuddles and love. She is about 2 years old and was rescued from living as a stray.
PATSY is just a year old, a pretty silver tabby. She needs a single cat home and a garden to play in.
BABBY
is a very pretty little black female needing a foster home. She is 10 years
old and requires medication for her heart condition.
ASTRID and STAR are two very special girls looking for a loving indoor home together. You can read their amazing story on the 'Sanctuary News in Brief' page. They are both very placid and loving cats and would make wonderful companions. Astrid is due to have surgery soon to help her disability and I will keep you updated on her progress.

RAY is a young ginger boy who is quite shy with new people. He has come on really well since arriving and is enjoying cuddles and attention from staff. If you know how to help a nervous cat build his confidence please come and meet Ray.
PETER is about 4 years old, looking for a home with access to a safe garden. He is a really tall cat, has a coat like velvet, and is currently on medication for a cough. Assisi will cover the cost for his medications, so don't let that dissuade you from taking him home.
BO is a stunning semi long haired 9 month old boy looking for someone to play with (right)
TULA is a pretty blue cream tortie and white female. She
is 10 years old and has a medical condition requiring daily tablets. Maybe you
could offer this sweet girl a loving home?
This handsome boy is BRADLEY, a young grey and white male aged around 2 years. He is a tall young man, and very friendly. He needs access to a garden in his new home.
This is JINKS, a 9 year old male cat rescued from living rough in Bangor by a local vets. He had both ears removed due to skin cancer. He is really friendly, and selective about his cat companions.
MO was living rough before finding sanctuary with us. He is about 4 years old, lovable and will make a great companion.

DR NO (yes, that is really his name!), is a stunning long haired grey and white boy. He's about 5 years old, and is used to a reasonably quiet home. His coat will need daily grooming as it is very long. He isn't good with other cats.
MAC (far left) the tabby and LUCAS (left) the black cat are both
about 2 years old and looking for a loving family home. Although initially best
friends they can be homed seperately if necessary. They love people and other
cats.

OSCAR is a stunning longhaired ginger and white cat. He needs a loving family home with no men, and no male visitors as he is terrified of them. His coat needs daily grooming and careful attention.
THYME is a 7 month old female looking for a foster home as she has a
medical condition which requires regular medication.
THYME ( left) sunbathing..... and playing in her favourite tunnel (above left)...
SUE is a young 16 year old girl who found herself unwanted after a lifetime in a family home.
SIENNA is a pretty tortie and white 2 year old girl. She had to have her tail amputated as we found she was carrying an old injury when she was rescued.
GOMEZ is over 10 years old, and is a tiny little cat! He
needs a foster mum or dad to give him lots of love. He had thyroid gland
removed, so is very slight in build but this quirky boy is lots of fun!
RAYMOND is a handsome, friendly 3 year old male tabby cat. He would be an ideal family pet. He loves people but is not great with other cats. Raymond would need a garden to exercise in.
SHANE is a huge tabby and white boy with a fabulous long coat
which will require regular grooming. He is very nervous of men, so ladies only
for his new owner! He is about 1 year old.
PAULA is a dainty little 6 year old tabby female. She is happier with people than with other cats, and is very friendly.
PANTHER is about 10 years old, and she needs a quiet home where she could snooze all day. She loves her cuddles, and all she wants is a quiet life.
MONTY is around 10 years old, and he is not a fan of cattery life, it
makes him quite grumpy.
He would prefer to be living in a family home, with no
other cats to compete for cuddles with.

MINNIE arrived after being rescued from a roof space, we have no idea what happened to her tail, she may have been born like this. Minnie is a strong willed girl, but is great with people she knows. If you like your cats with a real independent streak, here's your girl! She is about 5 years old.
MIDNIGHT likes her space, and would be happy with free access to a garden. She is 8 years old, and would love to be settling in with a new family. She can be quite shy, so would suit a retired family, a home with no children.
LUCY is about 12, and she has a beautiful flecked black and white coat. She loves her cuddles, and it would be great to see her in a family home. She is missing the one to one attention that an older cat enjoys.
This is RODNEY, quite a character! He is a handsome, independent boy,
but loves attention and cuddles on his own terms...and why not?? He
is about 8 years old, and really is the cat's whiskers! As long as you have no
other cats he would be happy to be your friend. Come and meet him at the
cattery.....
KITTY is a large tabby girl, looking for love! She is adorable, and is great with people, other cats, children...a great girl who would make a great companion.
BRETT is a boy caught here in a rare moment of relaxation! He loves the
outdoor life, and would need a family with a large garden for him to patrol. He
is 4 years old, quite a large tabby with great markings.
TIGGER can be a bit of a grump, and has a real independent streak. He is
around 9 years old, was abandoned as a stray, and is not entirely happy in the
cattery environment. Tigger needs someone with a large garden that he can
patrol, and a warm sofa he can snuggle on at night.
